1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website (didiserenity.com) and any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Booking and Payments

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
  • Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after we have received the required payment and you have received a booking confirmation email from us.
  • Payment: You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your booking, including property fees, taxes, and any other specified charges. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
  • Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for all bookings.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy is strictly enforced to ensure fair availability for all guests.

  • 48-Hour Cancellation Rule: You strictly cannot cancel your booking within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in date. Any cancellations made during this period are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for any refunds in situations outside of our control, such as natural disasters or travel disruptions.

4. Guest Responsibilities & House Rules

As a guest, you agree to the following:

  • You are responsible for your own conduct and the conduct of anyone you allow on the property.
  • You must comply with all "House Rules" specific to the property you have booked. These may include rules on noise, parties, pets, and smoking.
  • You must leave the property in the same condition you found it. You are responsible for any damages caused by you or your party.
  • You may not use the property for any illegal or commercial activities without our prior written consent.
  • The number of guests staying at the property must not exceed the number stated in your booking confirmation.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Didi Serenity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Developer Liability: You explicitly agree that the independent software developers and programmers responsible for building, maintaining, or updating this website are not liable for anything related to your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, technical errors, downtime, data loss, booking discrepancies, or any other issues arising from the software.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Didi Serenity or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of the content without our express written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
